It's time for young people themselves to tell about their problems and decide that everything in our lives depend on ourselves only. This was a social initiative which was meant out of the following aims:
To hold up President's Decree number 8 "that introduces a few measures that will regulate the
process of receiving and using foreign aid.",
To initiate acceptance of the law "on 'Charitable Affairs'",
To present parliament and the general public with a realistic picture of the
work carried out by voluntary non-governmental organisations and other initiatives in our
country and also to inform them about the negative effects that could arise
when the President of the Republic of Belarus brings Decree No. 8 into
effect.
